Daylight, rewired.The night, kept.
Sync Primitive Recording Company crossed a continent for one official Amsterdam Dance Event programme. Six artists, five hours, a daytime descent at Oosterbar. The floor filled before the light went and held to the last record. Thirty-eight frames from the room, in the order the night gave them.
Still light
Doors on the Mauritskade with the sun up. The first faces arrive off the canal and the room starts to fill while Amsterdam is still at work.
The crossing
Kuala Lumpur meets Amsterdam at the booth. The floor tightens, the light goes red, and the room stops facing the bar and turns to the decks.
Last light
Full dark outside, violet inside. The closer holds the floor until the last record and nobody leaves early.
